PRAY by attending Mass and to pray the Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary for the ongoing conversion and ultimate salvation of all subjects of the Ordinariate. FAST by eating one full meal (abstaining from meat) -(or two smaller meals that together do not equal a full meal)
